I'M KRYSTLE

Hi, I’m Krystle. I’m from Denver, Colorado, where I live with my husband, Jeff, our two amazing daughters, and our three lively dogs. Our family loves adventure — from ice hockey and cheer competitions to summer retreats at Lake Leelanau, Michigan, we cherish time spent together.

Hockey holds a special place in our hearts — we’re big fans of the University of Denver, the Colorado Eagles, and the Colorado Avalanche. The family farm where I grew up remains a sacred space for me, especially after losing my dad too soon. His passing reshaped my world, teaching me the depths of grief and the beauty that can rise from it.

My journey through loss was not easy — it took years to move from surviving to truly living again. Now, I share what I’ve learned to help others rediscover joy, hope, and connection after loss.

I'M DANETTE

Hi, I’m Danette — a Colorado native, wife, and sister on this journey of healing and hope. I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for over a decade, and together we’ve built a life rooted in love, laughter, and family. Colorado’s mountains have always been my sanctuary — whether it’s morning walks, quiet time by the lake, or simply breathing in the stillness, nature is where I feel closest to peace and to my dad’s memory.

When we lost our dad, my world shifted in a way words can hardly describe. Grief became my constant companion, teaching me how love and loss can coexist — and how healing isn’t about moving on, but moving through with grace. Over time, I found purpose in creating spaces that nurture calm and connection.

With a background in business and spa management, I’ve spent years helping others find balance and renewal, and now I bring that same care to Grow Through Your Grief. My hope is that this space helps you slow down, honor your story, and remember that healing doesn’t erase the love — it deepens it.

“Healing happens in small, honest moments.” — Danette
